Amy! THANK YOU FOR SIGNING ME UP HALF A YEAR AGO. YOU ARE AMAZING! I love this place. I love the privacy and the versatility with what you can do. It is open 24 hours and we can adapt to what I want based off my schedule. The classes run all day and night -- so something is always available.
I love this place I'm so glad I joined last month. The staff is great and you get great workouts in the sauna plus a great mental health boost each time.
Best exercise I have done since my knee replacement. Staff friendly, clean facility. Love the 24 hr access and I am quickly reaching my weight loss goals!
I have been coming here for 3 months now, I come every other day. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The sauna is clean and comfortable, I really am glad to feel the burn!
