I love this place! It is so relaxing and peaceful you genuinely leave all your stress at the door. I highly recommend the Woodforest location and so grateful to a coworker who convinced me to give it a try.

I love the Hotworx concept and the flexibility of scheduling, however, this location really needs some attention Often a room will be out of service because something needs to be fixed. The monitors are placed too high in the rooms for when you’re doing floor exercises. Sometimes the audio is not operational The gym area is dirty and needs new updated weight equipment. If you get there on time for your scheduled session, your room might not be heated so you need to get there 15 minutes early just to heat up your room before ... read more
