HOTWORX is an incredible to workout! The infrared sauna workouts are a unique combination of fitness and recovery, making the session both challenging and refreshing! The studio is always clean, well maintained, and welcoming. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely encouraging, creating a positive atmosphere for everyone.
Riley was so welcoming, and helped us with any questions we needed! Can’t wait to try all these classes!!
