Please arrange to have the rowing machine repaired. It has been out of service for over a year, and several customers are increasingly frustrated with the lack of attention to this issue. Given that we are paying almost $100 per month for this membership, the continued lack of maintenance is unacceptable.
I really loved the concept. Unfortunately I just couldn’t make it in enough to justify the costs when my son’s schedule changed. It’s now been MONTHS of trying to get my membership cancelled and I am still being charged. You read other reviews like this and think “this is a one off” or “this won’t happen to me” unfortunately this seems to be this company’s practice and they do nothing to improve. If you sign up I would at the very least recommend signing up with a different location so you hopefully have a better experience ... read more
Scheduled a free hot yoga session, showed up 15 minutes early just to wait 30 minutes for no one to show up. Someone who doesn't work there was kind enough to let us in, but we did not end up working out. We all even received text messages yesterday and today to confirm our class.
Came for my free trial class and there was no employee there to let me in. Even during listed staff hours and the time I was supposed to come in was confirmed via text with an employee the day before. Unfortunate because I was going to start a membership with them but I guess not now since I never even got to go inside. Also didn’t answer the phone the rest of the day and the day after again during staffed hours.
Gym is always really clean and staff are always so nice when I come in and they are there! Other members are also so kind!
