Scheduled a free hot yoga session, showed up 15 minutes early just to wait 30 minutes for no one to show up. Someone who doesn't work there was kind enough to let us in, but we did not end up working out. We all even received text messages yesterday and today to confirm our class.
Came for my free trial class and there was no employee there to let me in. Even during listed staff hours and the time I was supposed to come in was confirmed via text with an employee the day before. Unfortunate because I was going to start a membership with them but I guess not now since I never even got to go inside. Also didn’t answer the phone the rest of the day and the day after again during staffed hours.
Gym is always really clean and staff are always so nice when I come in and they are there! Other members are also so kind!
6/9 update.... haven't done a rowing session since 5/4. All machines have been broken AGAIN. I was promised they'd be working by this past weekend. It's Monday morning and they are still broken. I want to cancel my membership. Instead of working out I'm always playing games trying to write notes to ask for machines to be fixed or changing my reviews in hopes the machines will get fixed. ----------------------------------- There are now two working machines of differing difficulty levels.
