First time here! Tried the hot Pilates experience for 15 minutes. I felt the burn all over; however, I had signed up for Yoga. But, it was a good first time experience for Pilates. Definitely coming back.
Where to begin wow. The gym is nice until u want to cancel oh you have to jump through hoops to cancel. I was emailed saying my payment didn’t go thru forgot my card had changed because of fraud. Which I was fine with paying. Ask to cancel the entire conversation changed. I had to give a 60 day notice and come in. I informed them I’ve move and won’t be able to come in anytime soon and 60 days really? I haven’t been there since maybe October. Best workout of my life! I have lost 37 lbs and I am in the best shape of my life. I have tried every “gym” out there and HOTWORX is my number one choice! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, caring, supportive, understanding and judgement free!!! Lily is the best manager I have met in any business I have come across!!! She is actually cares about her members and staff and has gone out of her way to help me meet my fitness goals! Thank you for all you do to make Madison HOTWORK the best!
