I went for a complimentary session today and was very impressed! If you value privacy and want a great workout that really makes you sweat, I highly recommend giving HOTWORX a try.
First time here! Tried the hot Pilates experience for 15 minutes. I felt the burn all over; however, I had signed up for Yoga. But, it was a good first time experience for Pilates. Definitely coming back.
