Best experience ever! I’ve been a member at several types of gyms over the years, but the benefits of infrared sauna is the only type of workout that has left me feeling refreshed & energized. Weight loss has been a struggle all of my life until now!! The manager has been fabulous! She has been a wealth of knowledge & has helped our entire family on our fitness journeys! Highly recommend!!
