Cannot say enough great things about this studio! After dealing with back pain for many years of my life, I am so glad that I gave HOTWORX a try two years ago. The infrared is nothing short of magical for aches and pains, and the workouts are fun and for all body types. Love that I can get a fifteen minute workout in on a busy day or hang out for multiple sessions when I have more time.
I really look forward to coming here and the staff is super friendly and helpful! I’m not much of a gym person and really enjoy the environment!
