This place is amazing....24 hrs open...!
The facility is very clean and feels so nice and enjoyable to come into. The owner is very friendly and relatable. The infrared heat / saunas are the best around. The healthiest and strongest workout for the body.
This place is so welcoming. I love to burn a sweat and be able to come out of the sauna and not be judged. The lobby music is a lovely touch to the environment. The worker kaitlyn is a wonderful employee who ensures a positive place
My experience here was fantastic. Very welcoming environment as soon as you walk in the door, Kaitlyn V. Was so helpful during my first time and made the sign up process seamless. The actual virtual workouts were nice to go at your own pace or push however worked best for you .
