Nice fitness studios, always clean. Love the 24/7 access. The new manager reminds me of the Seinfeld soup Nazi so I have to give it a 3 for that reason only
I had a generally positive experience at this place, but when I tried to cancel my membership due to my work and military schedule, the owner informed me that I would have to pay a $90 fee to terminate my membership, which I had since October 2024. However, according to HotWorx’s website, members can cancel their membership at any time after their initial 90-day term without any fee, provided they do so in advance of the next billing cycle to avoid paying membership dues for the following month.
