I suppose it’s good if you don’t own a sauna. For the cost the membership should allow for members to go in and use when available. It is the same workouts over and over. Additionally, people book and don’t show leaving you out of the options because the app shows spots taken. The times we need are not even an option. Please be mindful of the contract as well. We were told we were in a 3 month contract and turns out now it is 6. Cancel fee is $99 and enrollment fee is just at about the same amount. $9 monthly freeze fee. The... read more

Nice fitness studios, always clean. Love the 24/7 access. I believe sauna is one of the best ways to stay healthy and I feel great afterward. There have been days where I have a headache and the Hotworx session usually clears that up

I want to start with I love Hotworx , the workouts, and the flexible hours. I’ve been coming to the Kyle location for almost 2 years. Over the past 8-10 months the studios cleanliness has decreased so much. The bathrooms look like they get cleaned once a week. The sauna floors are frequently dirty and the cycles are absolutely disgusting. Also the staff when I started were always so friendly and welcomed you when you came in and took time to learn about their members. Nice fitness studios, always clean. Love the 24/7 access. The new manager reminds me of the Seinfeld soup Nazi so I have to give it a 3 for that reason only
