The staff is great, really friendly and helpful with any kind of issue or question that you may have. Sofia is the best! The workouts are great and you sweat like crazy so it’s worth it. Best infrared sauna you can get!!
At first I loved going to Hotworx because it felt inclusive and I wasn’t overwhelmed like I usually am in bigger gyms. Being a veteran with PTSD has it’s challenges and I felt like I was finally making progress when it came to working out going to Hotworx. As of today my membership was cancelled with no notice nor did they contact me to inform me as to why it was cancelled. I was told by an African American employee who is also a veteran as to why my membership had gotten cancelled. That employee was also discriminated again... read more
Upon my arrival I was greeted by Sofia who did a great job at giving me a proper tour and walking me through the membership options. Facility is clean and organized. Very accommodating place even when you’re new.
