At first I loved going to Hotworx because it felt inclusive and I wasn’t overwhelmed like I usually am in bigger gyms. Being a veteran with PTSD has it’s challenges and I felt like I was finally making progress when it came to working out going to Hotworx. As of today my membership was cancelled with no notice nor did they contact me to inform me as to why it was cancelled. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Sofia who did a great job at giving me a proper tour and walking me through the membership options. Facility is clean and organized. Very accommodating place even when you’re new.
The service was terrible and absolutely unresponsive!! Not to mention the manager was completely disrespectful!
