Wonderful gym! It’s my favorite place to relax!
Staff is so nice and helpful! Always says hello and goodbye. The work outs are great ! Can get a quick 15 min working out in when my day is busy . And a longer 30-45 min workout when my schedule allows.
Great private place to workout and have a really great workout.
One of the highlights of my experience was the quality of the instructors. Each teacher demonstrated extensive knowledge, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm for helping students improve. They provided clear instructions, offered modifications for different skill levels, and ensured that everyone felt supported throughout the class. Whether participating in a gentle stretching session or a more challenging flow class, I always felt encouraged and motivated.
Amazing !!! ALEXIS WAS VERY HELPFUL AND ATTENTIVE!!!! Def recommend! Classes were stellar!!
