I've been an basic HOA resident for 2 years now. What a complete nightmare. I've never had problems like I've had on this property and lived everywhere, all over the world. Sexual harassment. Gang stalking. Drugs & Drunks. Non professional, tight-lipped, abusive "staff" consisting of 2 people. Richard Castro is HOA President as well as the manager for cash renters which is a MAJOR conflict of interest. I lived in Bighorn from 2009 to 2011. This was the first and only apartment I looked at after it being recommended by a couple friends and I knew it was for me. The area is BEAUTIFUL, right on the mountains and overlooking the city. What a spectacular view. Also the landscaping is lovely and I enjoyed having grass and trees and well kept grounds.
