I love hotworx and I had been trying to take my fiancé as my guest. I took him for a class at 9 since it is within staff hours but no one was there to check him in. We did the QR code and it gave him a barcode we thought everything would be fine since technically it is staffed hours. The vending machine would not take his $5 in cash nor his card for the key to rent a mat and towel. We ended up just not working out and leaving. I’m upset because I pay to have guest access but seems like we don’t have that option.

Pros: Friendly staff. Great flexibility! Fun and challenging classes. Cons: For some reason, at times, the lobby music is turned up so loud, you can't hear the instructors in the sauna without significantly increasing the volume, much less concentrate on the session. Also, the room allows for up to 3 people, but it is way too cramped.

BEWARE! You will get charged a fee of $99.00 on top of whatever the prorated amount is for the month just to CANCEL your membership! This is ridiculous! There are so many other options out there that do not charge extra fees, do your research before signing up at this location!!
