Pros: Friendly staff. Great flexibility! Fun and challenging classes. Cons: For some reason, at times, the lobby music is turned up so loud, you can't hear the instructors in the sauna without significantly increasing the volume, much less concentrate on the session. Also, the room allows for up to 3 people, but it is way too cramped.
BEWARE! You will get charged a fee of $99.00 on top of whatever the prorated amount is for the month just to CANCEL your membership! This is ridiculous! There are so many other options out there that do not charge extra fees, do your research before signing up at this location!!

Signing up at Hotworx was SUCH a great experience! Hannah helped me, and she was absolutely amazing super professional, extremely informative, and genuinely so nice. She broke everything down clearly and made the whole process easy and exciting. Her energy alone sold me!
