HOTWORX Fort Lauderdale is the best! Clean studio, great setup, and the infrared sauna workouts are such a game changer. Love the 24/7 access and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Being newly engaged, I wanted to try a new gym with different workouts to be in the best shape possible for my big day, HOTWORX has given me exactly that, variety of training routines while getting the benefits of the infrared sauna. The owner at this location, Janine, is beyond warm and welcoming, making it a comfortable gym to step into with ease each day. If you want to try something new, I highly suggest HOTWORX

Tried Hotworx for the first time on 10/30/25 thanks to my gym sis, and I loved the workout — definitely pushed me out of my comfort zone and felt amazing after! 💪🏾 Only downside was the front desk experience. He wasn’t very friendly, and as a first-time visitor, I expected a warmer welcome or quick tour. As a manager, customer service really matters to me.
