I signed up at HOTWORX on January 6th because I was genuinely interested in joining. Before going in, I saw a promotion advertised for a $1 startup fee. I specifically mentioned this promotion when I arrived. However, I was still charged a $20 initiation fee. When I brought it up, I was told, “You’re going to get a discount anyway.” The “discount” turned out to simply be a prorated charge because I signed up on January 6th. HOTWORX Fort Lauderdale is the best! Clean studio, great setup, and the infrared sauna workouts are such a game changer. Love the 24/7 access and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
