The place is fine, the workouts are fine. You have to sign up for a 6 month membership and they take two cards just in case your first card is invalid or you try to stop payment as a result of the real problem - it’s nearly IMPOSSIBLE to cancel. You can’t cancel online, it’s hardly ever staffed, no one responds to voicemails or emails. Customer service while you’re a member is non existent also and their app doesn’t work half the time.Â
My hotworx membership has been very beneficial to my health and well-being. I would honestly come into the sauna everyday if possible. I absolutely luv hotworx! The workouts are challenging, and definitely help build muscle and burn fat if you're consistently challenging yourself. The staff is wonderful! They are always positive, helpful and working to keep the studio clean. Having 24hr access makes it easier to GET YOUR WORKOUTS in without any excuses. I booked my free workout (Hot Buns) and I had a lot of fun. Training inside a sauna is something I’m not used to but it was a very unique experience. Marina gave me a tour of the place, which is quite nice and has a lot of equipment, including a strength training area, several sauna rooms for classes and restroom with a shower. I definitely recommend it!Â
I asked to cancel because I was unable to go . I kept getting billed. Lady claimed to be the wife of the owner. She raised her voice and was rude. Do not go here.Â
I’d give no stars if I could. I tried it once as a guest and they hounded me to try a free class. I moved things around in my schedule so I could be there during “staffed hours” only for no one to be there. A phone call would have been the nice, respectful thing to do but instead they just left me hanging. Who wants to support a business that has no regard for a potential clients time?
