I’d give no stars if I could. I tried it once as a guest and they hounded me to try a free class. I moved things around in my schedule so I could be there during “staffed hours” only for no one to be there. A phone call would have been the nice, respectful thing to do but instead they just left me hanging. Who wants to support a business that has no regard for a potential clients time? I have never had a worse customer service experience in my life. When you sign up online, you are supposed to be contacted to set up your account on the hotworx app (which the app is the only way you can reserve your spot in a workout). No one reached out to me, I had to call the studio multiple times over days to actually finally reach someone because the studio is rarely staffed. Drove 30 mins just to waste our time. Made an appointment for 11am for the first time free class. Got there and waited for 45 mins for a staff member and no one showed up. Went and got lunch and then came back and still no one was there. If you don’t have staff don’t make appointments available for the free trial class. Very disappointed. Probably would’ve bought a membership as well but wanted to try it out first.
