Just to preface I would give this place a 4 1/2 not a four! Only reason I’m taking off half is not because of this location. Rather, sometimes it’s difficult to view what’s going on, especially in a new class where you’re not familiar with the moves, based on how small the pods are. I try to overcome that but doing an intro class to observe. So I can freely move while instructor is talking. Besides that-let me brag about how much I really love this place!!!! really love HOTWORX and the workouts are honestly great I come consistently and I’m a big fan of the concept. That said, the biggest issue is the equipment maintenance. The equipment is often broken and not repaired quickly, especially in the rowing workout Hot Thunder. It’s frustrating to plan for a specific session and then not be able to complete it because the rower isn’t working. If they improved upkeep and stayed on top of repairs, this place would be close to perfect
