really love HOTWORX and the workouts are honestly great I come consistently and I’m a big fan of the concept. That said, the biggest issue is the equipment maintenance. The equipment is often broken and not repaired quickly, especially in the rowing workout Hot Thunder. It’s frustrating to plan for a specific session and then not be able to complete it because the rower isn’t working. If they improved upkeep and stayed on top of repairs, this place would be close to perfect

What’s it take to get an email back from this place. Need to cancel. Electronically due to being out of state for work. Been at this for a year with this place . My other gym had no problem doing this electronically
