Highly recommend if you’re looking to get a quick and effective workout. It’s open 24 hours, and booking a class on the app is very easy, so you have no excuses. I’ve noticed such a difference since including hot workouts into my routine. Nuha at the front desk always offers a great customer service and is very personable as well.

I’ve been doing HOTWORX for almost a year now and it’s changed my physical and mental health drastically. The infrared sauna helps with inflammation, acne, mental clarity and so much more. There no other gym that I’d rather be at!! #ilovehotworx
I love HOTWORX. The convenience is unmatched, and I love having the privacy to focus while still feeling a strong sense of community. The challenges keep me motivated and consistent, and the overall vibe is always positive. Nuha is amazing — such good energy and she truly makes you feel welcome and like you belong. Highly recommend!
