I absolutely love going to HOTWORX! The workouts are amazing and I genuinely look forward to going every day. The management is always amazing and welcoming, and the studio is always clean and well kept. It’s such a positive environment and has honestly become one of my favorite parts of my routine. Highly recommend!

Not a good experience with the front desk girl (didnt wanna give me her name at the end) She may be the owner's daughter if im not mistaken. We have tried to cancel our membership for me and my son. First time we called she told my wife only the owner cam cancel memberships. Then no call back. She called again. It just seemed like they were blowing us off hoping we would forget about it. Very welcoming environment and each workout session has guided instruction throughout so there’s no stress about feeling confused on what to do! Tried hot cycle and hot stretch back to back for my first visit and it was so nice!
