I had such an awesome experience at HOTWORX! Shelby was seriously the best! she took the time to explain all the benefits of the heat exposure and infrared workouts, showed us around the whole place, and answered all our questions. She was super informative and made us feel so comfortable. We originally came in just to try the free workout, but we ended up signing up for memberships right after and even did another workout that same day! The studio is so clean and motivating. Hotworx has been the only workout I have been consistent with in a long time! I love the idea of being able to workout on your own time and almost on your own every time. Every member here is so nice! Shelby is also the best. Couldn’t recommend it more!
