I’ve been working out here for a little over a year, the staff used to be really knowledgeable on the workouts and the facilities were well maintained. However now I am cancelling my membership because of the lack of accountability with staff. I went in about a week ago to workout and saw gum stuck to the floor of my sauna. It was absolutely disgusting, I left a note at the front desk (since no one was there). When I went in for my most recent workout, the same piece of gum was stuck to the floor. Great HotWorx next to Lake Viridian, clean, well maintained with friendly staff. They also have a protein/snack machine just in case.
