Been at this location for over a year, the old manager was amazing but since she’s left the place has become dirty and the staff is poorly trained now. Canceling my membership. I hope new management addresses these issues

Been a member for a year or two. This place has gone downhill consistently and no one does anything about it. Sweat gets on the floor and never gets cleaned. Place never gets mopped, saunas seem to always be dirty, never swept or wiped down. Just disgusting.

I've been a member since 2021, and unfortunately, I've noticed a steady decline in the gym's overall quality. For the price of membership, the equipment should be in much better condition—yet only one out of six cycling bikes has a seat that's even remotely comfortable. The restrooms consistently carry a strong sweat odor, and there's a regular who leaves sweat puddles on the floor without making any effort to clean up after himself.
