I do not recommend this location as it is dirty & smells weird. will not be coming back here. The Euless location is much cleaner and better managed.

I’ve been coming to this facility since 2022 and really enjoy my experience. I was new to the concept and after researching it, I was hooked. When I first started, I weighed around 230–235 pounds, and I’m now down to 190–195. The program truly works as long as you’re willing to commit and use it consistently. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Joe and Neisha do a fantastic job keeping the place clean and welcoming, and I always feel acknowledged when I walk in. Ashlyn is amazing here in the Arlington location. She is very helpful in making sure things stay clean at all times. I’ve never seen a place stay so clean and smelling good with as much traffic that comes in here. Recommend signing on with her. She also helped me with weight lifting. I don’t know nothing about weights and she took the time to walk me through it even though she was busy. God bless this young lady!

Been at this location for over a year, the old manager was amazing but since she’s left the place has become dirty and the staff is poorly trained now. Canceling my membership. I hope new management addresses these issues

Been a member for a year or two. This place has gone downhill consistently and no one does anything about it. Sweat gets on the floor and never gets cleaned. Place never gets mopped, saunas seem to always be dirty, never swept or wiped down. Just disgusting.
