Hotworx Boca Raton is such a unique workout experience! I love how the infrared sauna workouts let you get an intense session in a short amount of time. The studio is always clean, well-maintained, and never feels overcrowded. The staff is super friendly and helpful, especially if you’re new and trying to figure out the different sessions. It’s perfect for fitting in a quick but effective workout, and I always leave feeling amazing. Oh & Jessica is amazing :) Highly recommend!
Highly dont recommend this gym going through HUGE issues with the Delray Beach location. Even if its not the same owner. The fact that a franchise let an owner operate with such shady business practices is scary. This not a company with any morals, or good business practices.
