I was having a hard time with my hard wired smoke detector continually beeping. After trying all the usual troubleshooting, I ended up calling half a dozen electricians. It was Saturday evening. The only one who answered was Rob. He was out with his family for supper, but he took the time to walk me through the possible issues, and the problem was solved . He would not charge me, which says a lot about this integrity. I will use his service in the future, and I highly recommend him.
We had an incredible experience with Hotwire Electric! They went above and beyond to help us with issues related to our electrical box. As someone with little to no knowledge of how electrical systems work, we really appreciated how clearly everything was explained. They made the process stress-free and easy to understand. On top of that, they were able to come in right away, which made a huge difference. Everyone we spoke with was friendly, professional, and approachable.
