Reached out to replace our water heater since the old one broke down. Right now definitely not the best time for a hot water heater break down under this chilly weather. These guys were prompt to reply, gave us quote with great transparency and patiently replying our enquiries. Superb communications! With much relief we replaced a 16 year old hot water tank just before it exploded! The lads from HOT WATER COM AU were very professional when installing. We're super pumped so far! (pump intended)
