Very sweet staff. A couple complaints : the tables are all wobbly. Coffee and espresso drinks often come out not hot enough. The avocado on sandwiches are terrible, 3 times in a row very not ripe.
The staff are friendly enough, but what they sell is pretty mediocre and not great quality. I took a chance on the bubble tea and it was just not quite right - tasted like cheap ingredients and incorrectly made tapioca, all for premium prices. More of the same for a collegiate counter like this.
