I had a problem with my hot tub with one of the pumps not working. Steve one of the hot tub doctors came and replaced it the next day on an emergency call out. Always professional and I have a lot of confidence in their work. That’s why I have used them a few times now. I highly recommend. Thank you Steve for a top class service.

After a phone call and discussion with Gerry he told me what the problem probably was and we sorted out an appt time a week or so later that suited us both. Received a phone call 2 days before this day to check we still wanted appt and then gave us a time. The repair man ( really sorry forget the name ) was friendly and on time and told me wasnt pump making the noise but a jet that he may have a spare of in van. I went to look at buying a new hot tub after visiting some other hot tub retailers and I’m so glad I did ! No pushy salesmen trying to sell me something I didn’t want. just friendly honest advice , they even told me to go and research other hot tubs before making a decision but I was blown away by Jerry and his knowledge so much so I put a deposit down straight away and can’t wait for my new tub to be delivered ! . Called up for a service , was advised what to do (completely new to hot tub ownership after inheriting one in recent house purchase) turned out to be 3 faults on the keys so they without hesitation honoured the booking and turned it into a repair job. Tom came out at the agreed time , and was absolutely spot on. Talked me through everything, completed the repairs and gave me a run through of what to do and not do etc. couldn’t fault him at all. Great service from Simon fined the leak in our Wellis hot tub, took a while but got it sorted. Even better followed up with me the day after, then a week later to be safe. Distance not an issue, despite me being based in Cardiff. Thank you Simon.
