I had a problem with my hot tub with one of the pumps not working. Steve one of the hot tub doctors came and replaced it the next day on an emergency call out. Always professional and I have a lot of confidence in their work. That’s why I have used them a few times now. I highly recommend. Thank you Steve for a top class service.
Called up for a service , was advised what to do (completely new to hot tub ownership after inheriting one in recent house purchase) turned out to be 3 faults on the keys so they without hesitation honoured the booking and turned it into a repair job. I've used Hottub Doctors over the last few years. The service is great. They always respond when you get in touch, be that email or phone call or message. That means a lot these days. They know what they're talking about. I recently ordered a new cover and lift for my tub and they guided me through the information I needed to provide to make sure it met my requirements.
