I tried numerous hot tub suppliers for help with a pump issue and no one offered any advice until I phoned hot tub doctors, they instantly new exactly what I needed and sent me items required on a next day delivery. Would highly recommend. Thanks again Paul Culkin
So, payed for the top tier service, they proceeded to drain and clean the hottub and did a good job, then they proceeded to check the valves etc. No issue here. then they filled up my hottub and then the "new guy" proceeded to grease the valves and over tighten them. As the were greasing the valves they saw this was leading to a thick black goo being created. They saw this and still added this back into the hotub as the were fitting the valves back. Contacted Hottub doctors for some advice about a new whirlpool bath as wanted to ask what we can use to clean it! The owner who answered the call was really helpful and answered all of my questions. Called them on Thursday for the first time ever with my hot tub issue, explained the problem expecting the standard reply (it’ll be weeks before we can get to you or you’re too far away etc.). Tom quickly organised a time for the repair within 3 working day. Simon traveled over 150+ miles and arrived on time, promptly identified the problem, explaining and replacing all the required component's and repaired the tub all within 3hrs!! Went the extra mile to fit in a visit from their engineers who attended the next day and worked really hard to resolve a difficult fault, getting it back up and running for clients the next day.
