Fantastic company! I had to replace the on/off for the waterfall on my hot tub. Fantastic service from start to finish! Super helpful and extremely knowledgeable, was able to explain and sell me the correct bits over the phone despite me not knowing exactly what i needed. Called them on Thursday for the first time ever with my hot tub issue, explained the problem expecting the standard reply (it’ll be weeks before we can get to you or you’re too far away etc.). Tom quickly organised a time for the repair within 3 working day. Outstanding service. Our old hot tub became a tepid tub! The guys came out and due to its age we decided that the repair was not practical. I had a chat with Jerry and he even offered to open on Sunday for us to go over and look at their range of stock. We went the following week and ordered a new tub.
