Totally new to hard shell hot tubs so I’ve bought a second hand one without seeing it working!!! Yep! I know crazy of me… However, meeting Jerry (Hot Tub Doctors) he reassured me that I’m stressing for no reason and that everything will be OK! He will send his team to pick it up and check it, Ste and Danny, and if for any reasons they will believe it’s not suitable to buy it they will inform me. All was working as normal, Thanks God! so they deliver it as prearrange and fitted by Tom the very next day. From the beginning til... read more

I had a problem with my hot tub with one of the pumps not working. Steve one of the hot tub doctors came and replaced it the next day on an emergency call out. Always professional and I have a lot of confidence in their work. That’s why I have used them a few times now. I highly recommend. Thank you Steve for a top class service.

Number was passed on to me from another company regarding compatibility of a part. Jerry was more than happy to help on the phone to confirm part fitted. I then had a second issue with the main control board that was now unavailable. Felt guilty calling again for more advice but Jerry was again just so helpful offering advice and even traced a part to America for me whilst on the phone. Amazing customer service and a pleasure to speak to. Many thanks Paul.

After 10 mins checking he did not have one but said if i ring the office at end of week he would inform them i wa... read more

Fantastic service from start to finish. From my first email and visit to meet Jerry to discuss refurbished tubs, everything has been spot on. I bought an Evolution S2 that had been maintained by Hottub Doctors throughout its life, and Jerry’s knowledge and passion gave me complete confidence. Delivery was on time as planned, and Dr Steve and Danny installed everything with great care and professionalism. Jerry has also been brilliant with the aftercare, offering expert advice over the phone to get everything set up perfect... read more
