Awesome BBQ! A+ service and Food
Scott …what a phenomenal experience at my wedding this past weekend. The guests raved about the veggies, charcuterie boards, brisket, chicken, and sweet sausage. I can’t tell you how amazing the food was. The kids loved the macaroni and the cornbread homemade was fantastic. Truly blessed. Hottsmoke bbq for the win!!!!
We used Hottsmoke for our company BBQ of about 100 people and it was a hit! Scott and his team were so responsive leading up the BBQ, I felt completely at ease and they pulled off everything as promised. Everyone loved the food and they were so organized and efficient the entire time. Will definitely be looking to use them again in the future - do not hesitate if you're in the need for some amazing authentic Texas BBQ!! Brisket, cornbread and the expresso bbq sauce are a must :)
Hotsmoke BBQ was amazing for my brothers graduation! Truly dedicated crew with an awesome set up!!! Made the day easy and absolutely delicious! Will highly recommend for any party if you want good food, good people, and good service :)
