We used Hottsmoke for our company BBQ of about 100 people and it was a hit! Scott and his team were so responsive leading up the BBQ, I felt completely at ease and they pulled off everything as promised. Everyone loved the food and they were so organized and efficient the entire time. Will definitely be looking to use them again in the future - do not hesitate if you're in the need for some amazing authentic Texas BBQ!! Brisket, cornbread and the expresso bbq sauce are a must :)
Hotsmoke BBQ was amazing for my brothers graduation! Truly dedicated crew with an awesome set up!!! Made the day easy and absolutely delicious! Will highly recommend for any party if you want good food, good people, and good service :)

Very impressive !!! I ordered the Texas brisket , and chicken, from the catering menu to pick up for a party- I am a vegetarian, so I did not have either , but both entrees were a HUGE success!! ☺️ I had several people tell me it was the most succulent and tender brisket they’d ever had and wanted to know where I got it from!!!
