Have not been to this location in a long time. When Ivy nails took over hot tips… It went down the toilet! There is now a new group. The place looks so nice inside, very clean and friendly staff. Lily did my pedicure and did a very nice job.
RESPONSE: The listed price for a deluxe pedicure is $65 on the website. I still have a misunderstanding of how the price went from $65 to $85. In addition, I understand it is your policy to use one side on one client and the other side on another client. I personally don’t find that sanitary and believe it runs the risk of cross-contamination. I appreciate your response but it does not change my views on either point. Bling Nails did a FANTASTIC job on my acrylic nails and they are so so reasonably priced. The staff is very kind and the wait is very short if there even is a wait!
I REALLY wanted to say that I loved this place. I read all the recent reviews and was really looking forward to going with my friend to get pedicures. Overall the service was as expected and the staff was very friendly, even offering us a drink which is SO nice. I won’t go back for 2 reasons. 1. My friend and I both chose a chrome nail polish where you use a foam makeup triangle to rub the chrome powder on the polish. I had never had my nails done professionally before, and this was the first place I decided to give it a try—I absolutely love it! The team is highly detail-oriented, quick, and always delivers exactly what I ask for. The place is also very clean and well-maintained, making it my go-to spot for manicures and pedicures. Highly recommend!
