Bought a pressure washer from them about 10 months ago — the customer service has been fantastic, and their equipment knowledge is incredible. I highly recommend buying anything from these guys. From the parts department to the sales team, service crew, and owner, everyone is outstanding. I’ll definitely be back to buy another washer
-5 stars is more like it. Pay premium so I have what I thought would be a quality pressure washer. It was a hunk of junk from the day I got it. Heater never did work correctly. I was blamed and questioned about my fuel, filters, water source etc. Nobody ever came down. Nobody ever made it right. Warranty doesn't exist and I was offered and quoted hundreds to deliver it 95 miles one way so they could charge me hundreds to look at it. All I can figure is their burner is a poor design. Place is a joke. Called ahead with exactly what I needed. Doors were locked up right at 5. 0 out of all the stars for horrible customer service especially for a small business.
