Personally have not used this company but did want to come here to say they are hiring the right people- I witnessed a Hotsy employee jump out of his truck and run to the backseat to pull out two cold water bottles and give them to a man experiencing homelessness. An act of kindness that I know the other man appreciated on this very hot day. Most of us drive by (including myself) but he stopped to help in a way that he could. If I did need the services they provide, they will be my first choice for this reason.
