BUYER BEWARE if I were to document every step of inadequacy, it would take pages to fully explain why anyone should reverse their decision to have a waste oil furnace installed by this company. I have an older hotsy and wish I would have taken it here for service years ago. I got it back today and we immediately used it and it is running hands down better than it ever has and it was quite obvious all the fittings they had a part in the parts they replaced a new Teflon tape and all the fittings. Obviously it’s day one but I believe they did a unbelievable job.
I contacted Hotsy Equiptment Co for interest in an electric heated pressure washer for cleaning a fleet of trucks during the winter months. I immediately was provided Eric Boyd’s number who’s the sales guy for my area. He was able to provide a same day demo on the unit I was interested in and bring it to my location. Everything was professional and we could not be any more happy with the unit. Will definitely be doing business for years to come.
