So stoked to find Steve and the Hotsy Equipment Company. Right in Boulder so it’s close to home for us whenever we need service. Good products and service for pressure washers.
Horrible service rip off place should be out of business I have a honda power washer i brought to the guy there about a year ago to get fixed because it was leaking. He told me it was at its end of life and i needed to buy a new one he pulled the chord it wouldn't start But it started when i brought it there he said i can't get it to start can you? So rude, bad customer service. Would not refund a gallon of unopened deck stain even though original paperwork didn't state "no returns". But even beyond that, it was a bad overall experience from the beginning; shouldn't have purchased anything from them in the first place. Won't make that mistake again.
