I really didn't want to have to write a poor review....but I can't seem to get the "service" department to return my calls. I ordered a new wheel that cracked at the hub for my machine, which was purchased new in Dec of '16. This was ordered in January of 2018. We are now in March of 2018 and still no part. I've contacted the parts dept three times now and all I hear is someone will return my call. Sad really.
