I more or less inherited a Hotsy pressure washer from my late father that has been around our farm for ages. Always took it a bit for granted as Dad handled it more than I did. Was having some issues and really no idea on past maintenance. Terry and his staff were incredibly amazing to deal with! Terry was knowledgeable, well-spoken, accommodating and before I left with my (turns out 2012 machine) I had been given thorough instruction on correct operation and maintenance as well as all my questions answered. I'd highly recommend getting a hotsy to accomplish any power washing task to the best ability the first pass. Power washing can be hard enough! Terry, at the hiawatha location, is very knowledgeable and eager to help with any kind of problems or upcoming tasks you may have!
Terry went above and beyond to help me with my problems I was having with my Trailer Jetter. I would recommend them completely. Excellent customer service.
