Maddie is the absolute best customer orientated sales person I have ever had the pleasure to work with. She worked with me close to two years until we had the funds to purchase the Prodigy. There is not one time my text message to her lingered for more than a day unless she was out of town. She cares about her customers and it shows! The size is perfect for us and we placed it indoors in an enclosed patio. I found the other staff wonderful to work with as well. I have Fibromyalgia and Arthritis. After years of wanting a hot tub, I finally walked into Hotsprings and took a look around. Madie was exceptionally helpful with her knowledge of all the different styles and types of hot tubs. Being from out of town, she was accessible by phone or text with questions or concerns before and after the hot tub delivery. I love my new saltwater hot tub and will recommend HotSpring and Madie to family and friends 💕
Great customer service. We've always had a great experience with Hot Spring. We had a small issue with a bill that Natalie personally handled and went the extra mile to resolve. This speaks volumes of their business standards and how important it is to them to take care of their customers. Very impressed with how they handled everything.
