Mike was phenomenal to work with! He went above and beyond the call of an '8-5 sales guy' as he was available outside hours texting me and answering questions. A lot of reps would seem annoyed at the prospect of having to deal with that but Mike showed genuine care and concern in actually WANTING to help us as we transitioned into our new hot tub. His scope of knowledge and expertise seemed immeasurable. We love our new Rhythm Saltwalter system :) I would recommend this store and Mike, in particular, to any and all.
Madie was fantastic to deal with. She had great knowledge of all things saunas, and went out of her way to help and facilitate progress. I would highly recommend Hotspring Spa!
