LOOK AT THEIR YELP REVIEWS!! Bought a $20,000 Calspa la Jolla from them in February 2022. With a five joke warranty. I have all the receipts and all the photos of the junk that has failed on my spa since I Purchased it from Greg. I’ve made an offer for them to buy it back for $20,000. Let’s see how that goes. Nice people but they are not selling a quality product. Do not under any circumstances buy a salt water spa. The control board for the salt system on our spa failed 4 times, each within 6 months. Cal spa provided a replacement control board each time but the labor involved in replacing it every six months caused us to switch our spa to bromine. Greg and Ratna provided a well informed - no pressure buying experience. I am renovating my backyard and understanding the process and timing of delivery is very important. Greg and Ratna has provided great follow up and I feel that I am truly part of the Ratna spa family. That is why I gave them the well deserved 5 stars!! I am looking foward to the receipt and enjoyment of my hot tub. Stay tuned.

Greg and Ratna were the most knowledgeable people about their product that we, after other places, talked with. That made the sale. After delivery we had a minor problem and Greg came to our place , which is an hour away from them, and handled the problem personally. To me that was above and beyond service. I have also called him several times with questions and he never gets bothered by them. I would definitely recommend them to all who are thinking about a spa.
