My wife and I purchased our jacuzzi approximately 7 years ago, and now that I am looking to buy a larger unit, I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Over the past 7 years, anytime I've had a concern, question, or just been curious about what my tube is doing, they have always been helpful and the best at providing low-cost solutions to fix my tube since the warranty has expired. I suggest to everyone to stop by and let them give you a tour of the Jacuzzi's they have. They are the best!
Always a great experience at Ratnas spa. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely recommend for spa purchase or chemicals.
