I have been more than satisfied with Ratna Spas & Patios. I give them 5 stars all around. The owners are very knowledgeable on their products which helped me to make very satisfied decisions. I have purchased both a spa and an outdoor grill and have been supported by great service.
Love this store. Shopping for a hot tub but had a great assortment of grills too. Friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Highly recommend!
LOOK AT THEIR YELP REVIEWS!! Bought a $20,000 Calspa la Jolla from them in February 2022. With a five joke warranty. I have all the receipts and all the photos of the junk that has failed on my spa since I Purchased it from Greg. I’ve made an offer for them to buy it back for $20,000. Let’s see how that goes. Nice people but they are not selling a quality product. Do not under any circumstances buy a salt water spa. The control board for the salt system on our spa failed 4 times, each within 6 months. Cal spa provided a replacement control board each time but the labor involved in replacing it every six months caused us to switch our spa to bromine. Greg and Ratna provided a well informed - no pressure buying experience. I am renovating my backyard and understanding the process and timing of delivery is very important. Greg and Ratna has provided great follow up and I feel that I am truly part of the Ratna spa family. That is why I gave them the well deserved 5 stars!! I am looking foward to the receipt and enjoyment of my hot tub. Stay tuned.
