Greg and Ratna were the most knowledgeable people about their product that we, after other places, talked with. That made the sale. After delivery we had a minor problem and Greg came to our place , which is an hour away from them, and handled the problem personally. To me that was above and beyond service. I have also called him several times with questions and he never gets bothered by them. I would definitely recommend them to all who are thinking about a spa. It was a really great experience. The customer service is top notch. Had a small issue on delivery that was corrected within a couple hours. The hot tub was at temp quickly and read to be enjoyed! Thank you for everything.

We visited 3 spa places and hands down Ratna spa was the most knowledgeable and professional. They took their time and walked us through each model until we were able to find our jacuzzi spa. Thank you Ratna for making this process as painless as possible.
