I am in the market for a hot tub and went in to Hot Spring spa and patio and Tim couldn’t have been more helpful or nicer! He spent over an hour with me answering all of my questions and showing me all of my options with absolutely no pressure to buy anything. I have visited a couple other hot tub stores in the area and none can compare to Tim’s knowledge or willingness to help. We will definitely be buying from Hot Springs spa and patio!

They need to change their hours on maps. Drove 45 minutes to find it closed!

Go somewhere else…..I purchased a spa cover and was told 4 weeks to receive it. 8 weeks later, never heard from them reached back out, they never ordered it. Then when asking for a refund, I was told “they had a new credit card machine” and didn’t know how to do refunds. Needless to say they never got back to me saying they had it figured out. So once again, I had to be proactive and go back in to have someone refund me.

Have attempted to work with this store our hotsprings spa. Absolutely unhelpful every time unless you know exactly what you need. If you have a hot tub with issues, they are unhelpful,,, and it never changes.
