RecommendedI moved back to the the Johnson County area beginning of 2019 and started getting into vaping. I went to so many stores where employees were either extremely rude, extremely disinterested, or would try to upsell things vigorously. they give the best service in the state! I do feel like a part of their family. except for not being invited to Joe's bday party. I think we should do another party at the vape store when it is 70 and sunny. if we plan a party when the temperature is 70 it could be the best surprise ever. and this time all his family that vapes will b invited. how many other vape stores could hold a party for the owner with their customers bc they feel like family? Joe reviews dont get any better than this one!

There are a lot of vape shops in Olathe/OP but Hotspot Vape is definitely the one I consider my #1 go to shop. Their Grape Candy House juice just one of my top favorite juices on their awesome house juice menu. The staff is always super friendly and extremely knowledgeable great experience every time. They always have what I need in stock and prices that are adorable definitely my go to for all my vaping needs!!!

They can improve by standing by his word and saying when you to return some is seventh day no matter what defective or you just don't want it and he'll take it back not just saying no I ain't going back on my word and saying that it has to be defected for me to take it back in 7 days! Not going back on his word and say that he'll only take it back if it's defective so instead of replacing it or just take me back after a seventh day return and now it is going back on his word and he is a liar it's prices are fair is matcha go... read more

Found my new vape shop in town! Joe was incredibly knowledgeable about all the mods that they carry - and really took the time to answer all our questions. This whole process can get a little overwhelming when you're new to vaping - but Joe was amazing at cutting through all the b.s. and helping us with our purchases! Customer service was better than anyplace else I've experienced. Joe definitely earned our business and we won't bother shopping anywhere else from here on out!
