I had a great experience at Hotspot Hair Salon! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. My stylist took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and did an amazing job. The salon was clean, comfortable, and the attention to detail really showed. I left feeling confident and very happy with my haircut. I highly recommend Hotspot Hair Salon to anyone looking for quality service and a great overall experience!
Very disappointed. The hair color came out nothing like I asked, and I had an allergic reaction afterward. Poor experience and no concern for customer safety. I will never visit this place again. Charged me 114$ for hair color and cut totally waste my money unprofessional staff and also they charged me 5$ extra because I pay with the card . Think before going to this place if you love and care about your self.
