I've been going to this salon since I moved to the area about 4 years ago, I take my two girls here, my mom and my sister in law and her daughter all go here because I recommend them. However, today will be my last. I got highlights which they did a good job with, I really like it, but they quoted me one price and when it was time to pay it went up $20. This is what happened to my wife: – PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING! I went to this salon hoping for a proper balayage treatment and instead left with a botched, one-tone color job that looked NOTHING like the inspiration picture I showed. I spent 6 HOURS in the chair only to go home and realize my hair had not been balayaged at all. Horrible color Don't go there
I went to Hot Spot for a magic sleek treatment about 2 weeks ago. They ruined my hair! It is badly BURNT! They used way too much heat and repetition with the flat irons. My hair feels like straw, has no bounce or shine and gets knotty all day long. It is brittle and filled with breakage. I have shown the damage to other hair professionals and all are recommending treatments that are expensive and will help the appearance but cannot repair the burnt hair shafts.
