Excellent service, female friendly and honest
My son rang several places to get quotes . Hotspack seemed to be the cheapest , so he booked his vehicle in with them . Halfway through the first day my son received a call to save the original quote was wrong and it was going to cost upto an additional 150 % . Also that 2 days wasn't long enough , and additional day was required . Day 3 rings to ask if he can pick up the vehicle to get the response of another day was needed . Service is good, oranges are on point 👌🍊
I nearly got driven off the road but an extremely aggressive driver in a company Ute. He had a kid and partner in the car, so a lot of people were endangered by the reckless road habits of someone supposedly representing your company. Pathetic.
When they don’t like getting a 1 star review they ring and have ago at you, and make it out like it’s your fault 😡when you quote $130-$150 and get charged $293 that’s a big difference.
