Matt is an incredible human being. This guy took my call after hours, assessed the situation I was in, resolved the dilemma by providing a couple options, and removed the tree stump. Without going into detail, he could have took advantage of the situation, because it was time sensitive and critical to get this removed. He provided a quote over the phone and then re-evaluated the approach in person, bringing the cost down significantly. Appreciate you Matt!
They scheduled sooner than anyone else and came in with a good quote. Showed up on time, did a great job on tree and left the yard tidy.
Caled HotShot Tree Service based on reviews I read online. I was not disappointed! Matt and his crew showed up around 10am and had the job completed quickly. The job entailed removing about a 40' maple tree from our front yard. The tree was old, and was dead (dying) and was becoming dangerous to people walking by, due to falling limbs and branches. The crew was friendly, knowledgeable, and even better, cleanup after they were finished was outstanding! Bonus...price was so reasonable I didn't even get additional quotes!
Total godsend to us as we were out of town when a tree fell on our house. They took the call, promptly came to our home , removed our tree and took the fallen tree and even tarped some puncture holes in our roof. Professional service that truly wants to help , and do the job right. They did a fantastic job cleaning up too (per my in laws haha) and pictures. Would highly recommend them to be your first call if something like this happens to you.
Absolutely amazing work done by HotSot Tree Service. 2 large trees that were in danger of falling and damaging my home (and my neighbors). They do an incredible job of keeping the area clean while cutting, directing traffic instead of blocking the street, making multiple trips to the yard instead of letting it all pile up until end of job. The crew was very professional and friendly. Highly recommend and will use them again in the future (I have giant birch in backyard whose days are now numbered LOL)
