Left the touch less bay with dust on my car, spoke to the gentlemen working there and he offered to wand wash my car. Great customer service, wand wash if you have stuck on dust or if you park underground.

This car wash is terrible! There was still soap on my truck and dirt all around it. I went to go in to explain this to the owner and the door was locked! I should have looked up recent reviews before I went here. Waste of $12
