I was very happy with my experience. I previously used another gate company for my gate parts and service needs. I called the first company when my front gate stopped opening with the remote and was told that I needed to replace my entire system (control box and arm). While I knew I needed to do something I was really hoping I didn’t have to replace the whole thing. So quick and easy. Friendly and great customer service! Our gate is up and running. We have worked with other companies and this was by far the best one!
From the moment I made the call to Hotshots Gate repair I was made to feel like a customer. Katherine was so nice and accommodating to my needs for a repair. Service call date was less than 24 hours and the communication of arrival by the repair person was excellent. Repairs were quickly and efficiently. I would give a 10 star if Google had a higher rating.
I had such a great experience with this company. Katheryn was very pleasant and easy to work with. They were fast and secured my gate same week I made the call. Julio was the technician and he explain everything clearly and the gate was repaired, level and looks awesome. I would highly recommend them - customer service is 5 stars
I highly recommend Hotshot Gate! They have a quick response time, the office staff is great. Publio fixed my gate mechanism and thoroughly cleaned all the gravel out of the track.
