Publio did an excellent job of fixing my front gate, as well as installing a motor on my side gate. He was patient, informative, and very professional. The lady I spoke with on the phone (Katherine, if I’m remembering correctly) was so warm friendly, and accommodating, it made me feel way less nervous about the entire process! They did a great job and I can’t recommend them enough!

I was very happy with my experience. I previously used another gate company for my gate parts and service needs. I called the first company when my front gate stopped opening with the remote and was told that I needed to replace my entire system (control box and arm). While I knew I needed to do something I was really hoping I didn’t have to replace the whole thing. From the moment I made the call to Hotshots Gate repair I was made to feel like a customer. Katherine was so nice and accommodating to my needs for a repair. Service call date was less than 24 hours and the communication of arrival by the repair person was excellent. Repairs were quickly and efficiently. I would give a 10 star if Google had a higher rating.
