I decided to switch things up and give reformer pilates a try.. the pilates combo with the heat- cute atmosphere and good instructor.. 10/10 🥰
been to both the crowfoot and the mission location, but mission is by far my favourite one. the vibes of the studio is great, they’ve got everything you need, and the instructors and other employees are very friendly. if you’re new to the studio, keep in mind that every instructor runs their class a little differently, so keep an open mind when trying different classes! what i love most is how open and receptive they are to feedback. i had one class that i didn’t enjoy as much as the others, and the manager kaylee reached ou... read more
No parking , if you are 2 mins late they will give your seat to someone and that's their policy. No matter how far you drive from or you had difficulty finding parking. Its waste of time.

Absolutely love the hot pilates here!! Instructors are great and it’s a beautiful space. Did it while pregnant and most of the instructors were helpful at adaptations for me
