Wow came in for a free 30 min intro and was impressed. Very clean, fancy, and spacious studio. The ladies & instructors had good vibes and weren't at all pushy like the Club Pilates people. Would definitely recommend this place if you're trying to pick between here and club Pilates. I'm also a person who can't take hot yoga, but this "hot" Pilates was very manageable for me! Would recommend!
All the instructors are super nice. Beginner friendly. Room is hot but manageable.

The classes are always challenging (in a good way!!!) and full of positivity! I always leave my classes feeling great! Plus the sock collection is pretty cute too!
i just recently started pilates, and reformed made me fall in love with it. it feels like i’m treating myself every time i go. grace’s classes are my favourite- she provides options to challenge yourself while also encouraging you to listen to your body and do what’s best for you. reformed provides a safe space to work out and such a comfortable environment- the lighting is sensory friendly, the space is very clean, and i love the cool lavender towels and the dyson hair dryers (to cool off with when you’re finished 😅). the ... read more
