Terrible communication would not respond after having my vehicle for well over the time it needed to be there for the services I asked for, jake asked for $1000 deposit which I was totally okay paying but once I did the communication stopped and my vehicle never got fixed. Would not recommend he openly admitted to taking advantage of me then asked for more money once I went and picked up my vehicle
Absolutely terrible service and the vehicle was not fixed. The check engine light was still on, battery dead upon pickup. The service was supposed to take 3 weeks. Required a significant down payment for parts and the work took 2.5 months and vehicle was not fixed. Many trips and prompts by me for status and discussing when the vehicle would be complete. Many excuses from them. When finally settling the bill they were not accommodating what so ever. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. Do not take your vehicle to this ... read more
