We ordered the classic tom yum soup base, and the golden broth has a deep, well-developed seafood tang that never gets too salty even after cooking all the ingredients. All the raw ingredients are fresh: marbled beef, crisp chrysanthemum greens, soft tofu puffs and chewy rice noodles are all high quality.
