Impossible to deal with regarding any issues after build is complete. Refusal to hand over house warranties and paperwork. Refusal to honour warranties. Overly unprofessional
Pushy and unprofessional. Bad mouthed other building companies and tried to guilt us into using his services 👎 Told us we'd been 'sprung' because we were going through the display a second time, we should have decided by now and we were just wasting time because 'what did we need to decide on? ' We walked away thinking that if we did use his business, then if there were any issues during the build he could bully or not be easy to talk to or negotiate an outcome. No thanks!!
Andrew and I have just started our journey with Dean at Hotondo Homes. This is the first time building so have needed a lot assistance. Dean and his team have been helping us through this process with great understanding and patience. They have made it such a great experience. Their professionalism and attention to detail every step of the way has been fantastic. Thank you all we love being Team Hotondo
