Bed is fantastic, room is very basic but clean. Nice shower.... the restaurant in lobby the lady was extremely rude so we left
What an absolute joke of a hotel. We showed up after an extremely long day of travel, attempted to check in and the extremely rude woman at reception said they didn’t have a booking even we had booked it over 6 months before on booking.com. They would not offer a refund and offered zero solutions or explanations, it happened to everyone else who had arrived at the same time. We booked 2 king rooms with sleeper sofas and were given two rooms with two full beds and no sofas. The WiFi for the hotel went down so we couldn’t use the tv. The tables and chairs in the rooms are temu quality. Every single photo for this hotel is false advertising. This is not a hotel for short term guests. This is an extended stay situation where they cut corners and provide the cheapest amenities possible.
