Terrible service. I made a booking and told them I would arrive at 10 PM after closing they said alright that’s fine, you’ll still be able to check in. The day comes, I get dropped off at reception outside and the doors are locked and there is no one inside to open and greet. My family and I were stranded outside as we come from the other side of the world and made a 16 hour flight. We were extremely tired. This place needs to be SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY!!!!

Extremely disappointed in the room's condition and cleanliness!! The bathtub was very dirty, pillowcases were torn apart, amenities weren't stocked, the fridge looked beaten up but above all, there were numerous cockroaches and other bugs everywhere including ants crawling out of the sink. Before going to sleep we first noticed a cockroach on the fridge then during the night when turning on the light, we were shocked to see so many more bugs on the floor/walls/ceiling etc. They were crawling everywhere, including on our belo... read more

I left. I did not end up staying there. I'll state some reasons shortly, but I must start with that NO ONE ever answers the phone. I called trying to inform them of my flight delay so I'd be arriving late. I called at least 20 times over the course of an hour, and no one answered (between 4p-5p). This was a quick overnight stay, before getting into an AIR BNB the following day with friends, so I wasn't expecting anything fancy whatsoever, but this hotel looks NOTHING like it's advertising. Bed is fantastic, room is very basic but clean. Nice shower.... the restaurant in lobby the lady was extremely rude so we left
