Where to start... As you walk in, the room smells of rotten cat. The TV is broken, the microwave is broken, and the fridge is half-working. Sketchy people knocked on my door in the middle of the night, which was scary. Breakfast has nothing to offer. Please pay more, but stay away.
Reserved a king bed room and was given 2 doubles. Was told that no king rooms are available and did not honor our reservation! Room looks new but smells moldy!
Extremely disappointed in the room's condition and cleanliness. The bathtub was very dirty, pillowcases were torn apart, amenities weren't stocked, the fridge looked beaten up to say the least. Above all, there were so many cockroaches and other bugs all over the entire room/washroom. Also, there were numerous ants crawling out from the sink and all over the sink/counter. The pictures that this hotels showed were not what I seen and the location of the room was too far and the elevator was working but I checked out and there are people who were Questionable roaming the Hallways and gave a very unsafe vibe and they also have residents that live there and also have Airbnb and the bed was worn out could not stay a night checked in and checked out the same day it was that bad. And I won't recommend it cause if that was the worst experience so I will not be back.
