Rachel is wonderful and exceptional.
I always love going to Hotlocks for my hair. The salon has a great vibe and all of the staff are really friendly and professional. I usually get my hair done by Rachael, manager. She listens and works with my ideas every time I go. My hair has always been an issue for me and I’ve never really enjoyed going to salons. Rachael made my experience relaxed and fun and I always came out feeling confident and happy. Thank you so much
