I originally left a negative review because of a warranty issue but George and Sam helped me out in every way they could, giving me a discount on a new screen. Really grateful for the service I receivedÂ
Had to get a screen replaced a few months ago, when I left the phone kept freezing. Got another screen had more of same issues and was pressured into a genuine screen. Now the genuine screen has fallen off my phone and no longer recognizes any touches. Said they can’t do any warranty replacement. He even picked up a call while we were talking. I do not recommend this place the technician is rude and doesn’t respect his customers.Â
Absolutely the best repair experience I’ve ever had! I had an incredible experience at this repair shop in West End, Brisbane. My MacBook Air keyboard stopped working after I accidentally spilled juice on it, causing serious water damage.
