We had very helpful staff as my dad is elderly and has mobility issues and we enjoyed it however we had booked on the steam train but told on the day we had to go on the forest train ( not same ambuance at all) as steam train broken down and wasn’t going to be operable for the rest of the season as the part was going to be very expensive to fix and we were not able to have refund to use next year. Great weekend adventure with our toddler and beagle. Train was fun and dog friendly which was great.
Great experience, there was a hiccup with the locomotive but the team there rallied and got us back to the station. Well done
