Vet was easy to talk with. Asked me if I had any questions or concerns with my pet. Satisfied with my visit.
My cat Tobi had his first visit as a new client with Dr. Hersey. I'm extremely impressed and happy that she has Tobi's best interest at heart and exploring different options for him as he is a complex kitty . Staff very friendly, helpful. So overall very satisfied.
They let my dog go well before she should have after being spayed. She was still essentially drugged up on anesthetic when I picked her up. Then another time when we called and asked for a renewal on our cat's prescription food we were basically told to go find another vet in our area. Sure, we had moved down south a little ways, but even after explaining that we had family and reasons to come back up to PI on a regular basis the owner and his wife told us "that's stupid, just find someone down there."
